Meet Beth Zamichow

The body in motion is activated by strength, flexibility, alignment, and rest. When one of these is missing, our bodies under perform which then affects our minds, our emotions, and our ability to relax and rejuvenate.
The body in motion has been my main interest in life. Armed with a background in dance, I started teaching exercise classes while still in college, and through the years I've studied many forms of physical health and movement.
I offer a range of modalities that can be tailored to your individual needs and goals, including: pilates, core fitness training, senior fitness and health, injury rehabilitation, guided meditation, yoga, aquatic exercise, myofascial release and body rolling, nutritional guidance.
I work with individuals and groups teaching Pilates, fitness, body alignment, and movement in private and corporate settings. My extensive knowledge enables me to work with people of all ages, fitness levels and physical challenges.
I am a Certified Movement Therapist, an instructor with The College Of Sports Medicine, a Certified Pilates Instructor with ITT/ A Body of Work and The Pilates Method Alliance. My constant desire to learn propels me to continue studying movement and body-supportive modalities, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and learnings with you!

SENIOR EXERCISE & HEALTH
My passion is in helping and inspiring people to become more aware of their bodies, improve their posture, and increase strength, balance and flexibility. Students and clients learn how to fully, and correctly activate and engage deep muscles to achieve greater tone and muscular symmetry. I use gentle release techniques and lengthening movements to help reduce stiffness and assist to create a more mobile and comfortable body.
MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
Customized guided meditations will increase your body's ability to relax, and provide a gateway to improved physical and emotional health. You may discover parts of yourself that you might not know or have been in your awareness for a long time, perhaps claim parts of yourself you have cast away.

Whether you are working one-on-one or in a class setting, Beths' workouts are constantly shifting and changing – thus resulting in continuing muscle challenge and no dreaded plateaus. The end result is a feeling of having worked yet also feeling more relaxed, physically at ease with greater range of motion and mobility.
